Cryotherapy - Freezing Technology
Cryotherapy is a simple, non-invasive treatment for skin tags and sun/age spots.
Working with our Cryopen, an ultra-fine jet of freezing C02 is directed at the area to be treated. This freezes the skin cells, damaging them beyond repair. The dead skin cells dry out and after a few days flake away leaving fresh new skin underneath.
This procedure is pain free, super safe, accurate and effective.
What to expect
Each procedure is super fast, when you arrive in clinic we will have a chat about what to expect, make sure we know all of your medical history. Emma treats the agreed area in a matter of seconds, it does feel cold, but not at all painful. The pen generates a white froth of cold which immediately fades. The area treated often darkens after the procedure as the skin cells dry and then eventually flake away. This usually happens within a week.
Cost
Each session costs £100, we can treat many areas within a single session. Should the pen run out of gas, the session ends.
